How long does shipping take for my Cyrusher e-bike?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
What kind of warranty comes with a Cyrusher bike?
Every Cyrusher e-bike comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, battery, and controller. We are committed to ensuring your ride stays smooth and reliable.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive approximately 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and a detailed video guide to help you finish the setup in about 30-45 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply. For items with manufacturing defects, please contact our support team for a full resolution.
Can I ride my Cyrusher e-bike in the rain?
Cyrusher bikes are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water, as this could damage the electronic components.
